WWE PG-Reality-New Era 2010+

With the violence and vulgarity scaled back, WWE returned to PG-13 as per the 1980s, when Hulkamania was running wild.  Hulk's "take your vitamins, say your prayers" would be John Cena's "Hustle, Loyalty, Respect."  The Bella Twins owned reality TV, going toe to toe with the Kardashian's.  And crowds ate it up. Although; Lifelong fans came out in support to bring the edge back, and wanted to move on from the PG Era...

The "Women's Revolution" has its roots in this period as Paige soared to new heights, and the Four Horsewomen (Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Becky Lynch) saw immense ring time, with rapid fan-interest they began main event TakeOvers by 2016.  Fans dubbed the 2014-2016 era of WWE as the REALITY ERA due to WWE blending reality with script in their portrayal of wrestling.  The Reality Era is one of the best periods for the company, with new stars creating legacies.

The "New Era" is one of consolidation of power for the WWE; mass talent gatherings with dedicated performance centres; building in-house stars, and NXT to help hone them. Many New Era stars came up through NXT, getting talent from worldwide. The WWE Network exclusively aired major PPV level shows, now fans had plenty to choose aside from the main shows.
