Please Note: If your order includes any out of stock items, we will contact you immediately to ask for a replacement garment or refund of those garments. If we do not hear back within 48 hours (in the week)/96 hours (over the weekend), we will ship out what is in stock and refund the remainder.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS
In the lead-up to Christmas, we also advise placing all standard orders December 12th to avoid disappointment. Any orders shipped after this date may not arrive until December 31st. For Europe, these dates are December 4th.
USA Orders should be placed by 15th November to guarantee before Christmas delivery, as mail is VERY slow to USA & ROW.
Finally, the following postcodes may take longer than 24 hours to deliver. These locations include Highlands and Islands and may take between 2 and 4 days, depending on location. HS1-HS9, IM, IV21-IV28, IV40-IV56, KA27-KA28, KW, PH, ZE, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61-PA78, PA80-PA88, TR21-TR25. This information has been provided by us from the courier company.
